The front side depicts the profile of Emperor Constantine the Great, also known as Constantine I, who was a Roman Emperor that ruled between AD 306 and 337. During his reign Christianity began to transition to the dominant religion of the Roman Empire.
Reverse side shows Nike- the Winged Goddess of Victory, standing holding sceptre and shield.
