A meaningful Bible jewelry gift for Christian women and youth, this unique necklace features a genuine Widow’s Mite coin, an authentic ancient coin from the Biblical era dating back approximately 2000 years. Mentioned in the New Testament, this historic coin transforms the well-known teaching of Jesus into a wearable story.
The pendant contains an original ancient prutah coin that circulated in Judea during the time of Christ. It is closely connected with the famous passage describing the Widow’s offering at the Temple.
"Jesus sat down opposite the place where the offerings were put and watched the crowd putting their money into the temple treasury… A poor widow came and put in two very small copper coins."
(Mark 12:41-44)
This particular coin is in very good condition, showing a clear anchor motif on the obverse and many star details on the reverse. The coin displays a natural patina, combining desert brown with some green.
👉 Please note: the photos were taken under strong lighting, so the coin may appear lighter than it does in natural daylight.

♦ The coin is mounted in a newly designed small bezel with an antique-inspired dotted border.
