This Ancient Roman Coin Gold plated medallion features a real antique bronze coin of Aelia Eudoxia, who was Eastern Roman Empress by marriage to the Roman Emperor Arcadius. Known for her strong Christian faith and influence within the Church. The coin is approximately 1700 years old!

♦ The front side depicts the profile of Eastern Roman Empress Aelia Eudoxia (395-404 AD), wife of Emperor Arcadius, the son of Emperor Theodosius I. She actively promoted Christianity, opposed paganism, and supported factions within the Church aligned with the Nicene Creed.
Eudoxia is the Mother of Emperor Theodosius II.
Reverse side shows winged Victory seated right, inscribing on shield set on short column.
